AMC Dine In Theater, Weigh In & Update – “The Good Life” Week 5!

AMC Dine In Theater, The Good Life, Weigh In 2015, RKVCThis week, to celebrate VC being able to introduce lean meats into his diet, we went to AMC Dine In Theater to catch a movie and get Vince a grilled chicken salad! The AMC Dine In Theater was amazing, the seats were very comfortable and the menu was great. There was one small problem: VC hadn’t eaten meat in a month and RK hadn’t eaten heavy, rich food in a month. Both got sick from shocking their diets and the fast moving Michael Bay action flick didn’t help the situation!

Oh the problems of being vegetarian. Most people don’t understand that being vegetarian means losing the ability to digest meat. You have to gently reintroduce it to your stomach. VC also hit a diet plateau and started making plans to break that diet plateau. AMC Dine In Theater was a great place, but a new vegetarian on a diet plateau needs to be careful! Check out this episode about AMC Dine In Theater, the vegetarian struggle and diet plateau!
