Cookie Dough Donut, Weigh In & Update – “The Good Life” Week 8! The Rod Kim & Vince Cirino Self Deprecating RKVC Pop Rock Pop Up Videos.
Cookie Dough Donut, Weigh In & Update – “The Good Life” Week 8!
This week we split a Dunkin Donuts cookie dough donut and it was delightful. We also learned some snow shoveling tips in an attempt to burn those cookie dough donut calories! Winter fitness is all about finding creative ways to get work done and get in shape. Having to clear a wintery mess is great if you have the right snow shoveling tips! We like being able to indulge a little every now and then, so instead of gorging on a whole cookie dough donut, we split it in two so we each had half a cookie dough donut!
Let us know how you regulate your winter fitness and if you have any snow shoveling tips that don’t involve a frying pan. We hope that you’re doing well with your goals and winter fitness and have a little indulgence like a cookie dough donut, but not too much and not regularly. Be sure to stay safe and keep up the great work. Thanks to everyone for their encouragement and kind words.
