RK has been counting calories since starting “The Good Life” diet and has lost nearly 30 lbs! In this video, RK explains how easy counting calories can be and how satisfying a meal can be without loading it with a bunch of extras. He also redeems a coupon/voucher for a treat at Cheesecake Factory and indulges in some extra bulk! VC is still on a diet plateau and vowing to break that by next week. RK is trying to break his plateau by “resetting” his metabolism and counting calories by adding them for a couple weeks before counting calories in reducing them after that.
