RK had to add calories by doing the donut diet and eating one each day to add a few hundred calories daily. VC explains how eating healthy and cheap. This diet plateau is proving challenging to the guys and the donut diet was fun, but not a good long term solution. The donut diet helped add calories but RK didn’t gain any weight! VC explains that eating healthy and cheap is easier than you think and you don’t have to spend a lot of money to be fit. The guys learned eating healthy and cheap and doing the donut diet were both interesting takes on their 52 week journey.
