The clever play on each cliche and lyric makes the feeling of giving up very whimsical. Scot Sax has always been one of our favorite songwriters and performers and here they get a chance to properly geek out about how much they love his songs. The guys first saw Scot Sax play this song with “The Black Lemons” that he plays drums for. As soon as it started, the guys knew it was a song penned by the one and only Scot Sax.
