Making Changes and the First Weigh In – “The Good Life” Week 1!
This year we’re making changes! With our first weigh in of 2015, we decided to pull the trigger on the weight loss and fitness plan we’ve been putting off for months. For the next 52 weeks, we’ll be living a healthier lifestyle and documenting our experiences, findings and encouragement. We hope that you share in this experience not only encouraging us, but joining us in the journey with your own weigh in with the hashtag #WeighIn2015 as well as emailing us at WeighIn2015@RKVC.net with your stories and any random thing you’d like to send our way to contribute to #WeighIn2015. This first weigh in was horrifying, but they will get better!
In week 1, the guys record a verbal contract about making changes. Vince will be trying the Raw Diet and Rod will be cutting out unnecessary junk from his consumption habits as well as building up a daily workout routine making changes!
