Rosita’s mashed potato tacos are to die for! The guys stopped there on recommendation from their music consultant, Loren Weisman. They’ve never had mashed potato tacos before and this was an awesome introduction. While on their roadtrip, they’ve tried all kinds of food, but the freshness of the shells and tortilla chips at Rosita’s was astounding!
