Red Velvet Cake Cheat Day, Weigh In & Update -“The Good Life” Week 4!
So the guys each had a slice of red velvet cake this week and inadvertently had a cheat day. For this weigh in, Rod lost 7 more pounds and Vince stayed the same as last week! This week, Rod shows us the 7 minute workout app he’s been working out with every day (in addition to his daily running). Vince shows us a little workout he calls “The Pyramid”. The red velvet cake didn’t stand a chance! For a cheat day, a half portion slice of red velvet cake isn’t all that bad. The red velvet cake served as the birthday dessert.
In addition to the red velvet cake, the guys counted calories and found out that many foods they assumed were healthier were actually much higher in calories than they thought! The black bean burger Rod wanted was far fewer calories than a salad in the same restaurant! Those saved calories came in handy when it came to the red velvet cake! Cool, 7 minute workout!
