Sometimes measuring progress is very subjective. We use the length of our vest gap! Since we’re already wearing them, the vest gap can show how much weight we’ve lost! Measuring progress with the vest gap works even on a diet plateau. RK will be intaking more calories now to try and jar his metabolism so he can start losing substantial weight again! Measuring progress can also be done in pounds, BMI and how much of your toes you can see.
How are you measuring progress? Are lost pounds the best way to track it? Do you use vest gap? How is measuring progress helpful in keep you accountable for your plans? Trying the forms of measuring progress suggested on the internet have varying results, but overall, at least you’re measuring progress instead of not keeping track.
